No, the sky is not falling and the IRS isn’t tracking you down.
Yes, there are 2 houses currently for sale and soon a third. Before the Board says it is due to discord and previous Board members I would like to share the facts with you:
Jeff Berg is looking to move to the hill section of West Texas. It has been a little over a year since the loss of his beautiful wife Nadine and he is ready to start a new chapter in his life with Max the German Shepherd and 2 cats.Spencer Valdez should have a 5th child any day now. They bought that house when the film industry was booming and he was spending quite a bit of time here (he is a drone pilot). With the downturn in NM films, the writer’s strike and an uncertain economy-they were hesitant to relocate and rented the house. On a happy note, they have an opportunity to build their dream house in Kentucky with both sides of the family nearby. I will miss Jessica and those gorgeous kids but I am glad for them.
Dean and Norma Allen will be relocating to South Carolina-50 miles from the beach. Her impending retirement and some guidance from God were major factors. Dean will be here til the house sells. As fellow walkers in the morning, I will miss their cheery greetings even if they were passing us at a high rate of speed.
Ps Has anyone seen any documents from the IRS regarding 501c3 status? My queries have gone unanswered.
